TERMS principals and associates have an average of nearly twenty years in the consulting and remediation industry. Our key managers have supervised multi-million dollar environmental projects for responsible parties, government entities and Brownfield re-developers, including clients such as: Schering-Plough, Exxon, Ingersoll Rand, New Jersey Transit and the Hackensack Meadowlands Development Commission.
TERMS personnel are fully conversant with NJDEP Technical Requirements for Remediation of Contaminated Sites (Tech Regs) and all other pertinent State and Federal regulations. Our principals have long standing relationships with many of the NJDEP officials and are effective in obtaining appropriate clearances, including No Further Action (NFA) letters.
TERMS and its staff are licensed by the NJDEP for tank closures and subsurface evaluation as well as in the new unregulated heating oil tank program. Key staff members are also licensed under the NJDEP Cleanup Star program. This allows us to obtain NFA’s in a little as two to three days in some cases, even when groundwater contamination is identified.
An integral aspect of our business experience has been working with the financial community. We have refined and streamlined the process of providing Phase I and II Assessments while satisfying the needs of many key banks and other lending institutions. We now perform well over 300 Phase I Assessments, and other due diligence assessments, annually for the benefit of lending institutions, law firms, commercial realtors, their clients and developers.
